hirify.global provides affiliate-payout infrastructure and supports the Trendweave creator platform.

What you will do

  • Identify fashion creators with more than 5,000 followers and engaged audiences.
  • Contact creators through direct messages and WhatsApp using a friendly pitch.
  • Onboard creators to the platform through a personal referral link.
  • Train and coach creators using performance data from the dashboard.
  • Build a creator roster that generates recurring results and revenue.

Requirements

  • Active use of Instagram and the ability to recognize promising creators.
  • Confident communication in English or Hindi is required; regional languages are an advantage.
  • Self-driven approach and availability for 1–2 focused hours per day.
  • No prior experience required; students, homemakers, SMM freelancers, and career-switchers are welcome.
