Location: Hybrid role based in the Vienna office, Austria; regular travel to meet partners, attend industry conferences, and attend periodic meetings at the Copenhagen headquarters.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial partners in the German and Austrian markets.
- Optimize affiliate deals using CPA, CPL, CPM, hybrid, revenue share, and tenancy models.
- Work with local stakeholders, product owners, Commercial Operations, and Business Development to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop the local sales strategy, pricing, pipeline, and partner prioritization.
- Monitor regulation, compliance, market trends, and monthly commercial performance.
- Prepare partner account reports and quarterly business performance reviews.
Requirements
- Relevant business development, commercial, or marketing experience in iGaming.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, ideally affiliate marketing, and a solid understanding of the iGaming industry.
- Proven sales and relationship or account management experience.
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPM, revenue share, and hybrid commercial models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and commercial strategy skills.
- Fluent English is essential; native German is preferred.
