Content Producer - Content Engine Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Edit, remix, and elevate AI-generated videos into Reels, Shorts, carousels, memes, and product demos.
• Scale content distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and multiple accounts.
• Build high-volume publishing workflows using scheduling, automation, multi-login, and proxy systems.
• Run growth experiments on hooks, formats, and distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Track and optimize views, watch time, saves, shares, CTR, and conversions.
• Turn product updates into viral social stories that drive product adoption and user growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience scaling brand or personal social accounts to six- or seven-figure monthly reach.
• Expert video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Experience managing multiple accounts at scale with scheduling and automation workflows.
• Strong English copywriting skills for short-form hooks, captions, and calls to action.
• Data-driven approach with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Kling, GPT-4o, or similar platforms.
