AI-First Social Content Producer (AI)

Location: Multiple countries; fully remote. Working hours: 9:00am–5:30pm Pacific Time.

Salary: Up to USD 22,000 per year on a full-time contractor contract.

What you will do

• Develop social content ideas, hooks, recurring formats, and platform-native concepts for recognizable animation brands.
• Turn creative ideas into clear briefs with references, source material, formats, specifications, and deliverables.
• Coordinate editors, designers, assignments, priorities, assets, approvals, calendars, and deadlines.
• Act as a key client contact by presenting ideas, explaining creative choices, managing feedback, and maintaining clear communication.
• Create rough visual concepts and simple assets, and review finished work for storytelling, humour, pacing, accuracy, specifications, brand fit, rights, and brand safety.
• Use AI agents and creative tools to delegate substantial pieces of work, validate outputs, and improve reusable production workflows.

Requirements

• Creative instincts grounded in social culture, including understanding of hooks, humour, storytelling, platform behaviour, memes, and trends.
• Reliable production or project coordination skills, with the ability to organise moving parts, prioritise work, track dependencies, and follow through.
• Confident communication skills for pitching ideas, writing briefs, giving feedback, and handling client conversations.
• Practical experience using AI tools and agents to complete substantial work, with the ability to explain how outputs were directed, checked, and improved.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, ownership, and a willingness to improve repeatable processes.
• Comfort learning and organising shared trackers, asset libraries, calendars, creative software, and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content through employment, personal accounts, studies, volunteering, or independent projects.
• Experience editing, designing, or producing simple visual assets.

Hiring process
