Location: Candidates may live anywhere in the United States; expected presence in Deerfield, Illinois at least one week per month, with approximately 25% travel including overnight and occasional weekend commitments.
Salary: $262,534.40–$355,193.60 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility, stock-based long-term incentives, and benefits.

What you will do
- Own the U.S. commercial strategy, annual and long-range plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance for UPLIZNA neurology indications, including gMG and NMOSD.
- Lead U.S. BKEMV strategy, marketing, budget, performance, and cross-functional alignment within the biosimilars business.
- Develop and execute integrated brand plans across healthcare professional, patient, caregiver, digital, omnichannel, field, access, patient services, and congress channels.
- Translate patient, customer, market, competitive, access, channel, and execution insights into business decisions, scenario planning, and performance updates.
- Partner with market access, patient services, medical, sales, finance, regulatory, legal, compliance, and global commercial functions to address treatment and reimbursement barriers.
- Build and lead high-performing marketing and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliant execution and effective talent development.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree with at least 6 years of marketing or commercial experience, or a master’s degree with at least 10 years, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years.
- At least 6 years of managerial or team leadership experience, including people management, project leadership, program leadership, or resource allocation.
- Progressive leadership experience in U.S. biopharmaceutical marketing, preferably with an inline or recently launched specialty-market brand.
- Experience in rare disease or neurology marketing; experience with gMG, NMOSD, neuroimmunology, infusion therapies, or high-value biologics is preferred.
- Experience with brand budgets, forecasts, performance measures, investment prioritization, commercial analytics, market access, patient services, and financial management.
- Must be able to work in the United States and attend Deerfield, Illinois at least one week per month; approximately 25% travel is required.
Nice to have
- Biosimilar commercialization experience or experience leading across distinct business models and markets.
- Understanding of U.S. payer, reimbursement, specialty distribution, buy-and-bill, and site-of-care environments.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations and navigating medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance reviews.
