Director, Product Management

Annual salary: $130,000–$260,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and financial outcomes for a complex product family.
• Lead multiple product teams through discovery, definition, launch, adoption, optimization, and scaling.
• Translate customer research, operational data, financial data, and business needs into measurable product outcomes.
• Manage trade-offs across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners, including build, buy, partner, platform reuse, risk, cost, quality, and time-to-value decisions.
• Establish standards for launch readiness, experimentation, telemetry, risk management, and post-launch value realization.
• Attract, develop, coach, and retain product talent while shaping organizational product practices and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 11 years of product management experience; or 13 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience leading complex product areas, multiple product teams, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in product strategy, product roadmaps, product management, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with product analytics, outcome-based metrics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Role location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience as a product manager on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
