General Manager - Iberia and Italy (Breast & Skeletal Health)

Location: Spain or Portugal preferred; approximately 50–60% travel across Iberia and Italy.

Salary: €120,000–€175,000 gross annual base plus commission; OTE €180,000–€262,000 based on target performance.

What you will do

• Lead overall business performance, including revenue growth, market share, profitability, and regional P&L.
• Define and execute growth strategies for the Breast & Skeletal Health portfolio across Iberia and Italy.
• Build relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, procurement organisations, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead capital equipment sales opportunities, strategic tenders, and long-term healthcare partnerships.
• Drive commercial excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, innovation, and business transformation while developing a high-performing leadership team.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or a related sector.
• Proven responsibility for a substantial P&L and sustainable commercial growth.
• Experience with complex capital equipment businesses, service and software revenue, and long-term customer partnerships.
• Deep understanding of regional healthcare systems, public procurement, screening programmes, and healthcare decision-making.
• Experience leading growth, transformation, change, and high-performing teams.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in breast imaging, diagnostics, women's health, or adjacent healthcare markets.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled imaging, workflow optimisation, and healthcare service offerings.
