Associate Advertising Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in Karachi or Manila

What you will do

• Launch, manage, and continuously optimize search marketing campaigns across marketplace channels at campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.
• Develop search marketing strategies that improve marketplace visibility, engagement, conversion, profitability, and margin performance.
• Monitor advertising budgets, bids, competitor activity, ROI, TACoS, sales velocity, and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly advertising performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and internal and external stakeholders on brand strategies and changing priorities.

Requirements

• Location: Remote position for candidates in Karachi or Manila.
• 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or similar marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing approximately $50,000 in advertising spend and understanding budgets, bids, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience organizing and analyzing large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Experience creating performance reports, analyzing advertising results, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Own work-from-home setup required, including a compatible computer, dual monitors, stable wired internet of at least 10 Mbps, headset, and HD webcam.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon advertising tools such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics.
• Agency experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
