Food Safety Associate

Location: Field Operations, Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Onsite evening-shift role; AM/PM shifts are available.

What you will do

• Monitor quality control from food preparation and cooking through handoff to the sealing team.
• Monitor final temperatures, cooling processes, cooler and freezer temperatures, labeling, and thermometer calibration.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation supplies, including gloves and hairnets, and keep handwashing stations stocked and unobstructed.
• Oversee food production and communicate kitchen requirements for handwashing, protective equipment, equipment cleaning, and station sanitation.
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks, identify corrective actions, and monitor chemical safety and pest-harborage risks.
• Work with Kitchen Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve food safety and quality issues.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in food production or food service.
• Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, accountable mindset.
• FH Certificate or willingness to complete the certification.
• Proficiency with G Suite/Google Workspace and availability for 30–40 hours per week.
