Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

Location: Malta; hybrid working available. Relocation support to Malta is available.

Salary: €60,000–€65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

hirify.global is working with a Big 4 Microsoft Partner expanding its Digital Consulting team in Malta.

What you will do

• Lead D365 F&O developers and maintain development standards and delivery quality.
• Design scalable D365 F&O architectures based on client requirements.
• Own technical solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle, including releases and delivery quality.
• Lead integration requirements and provide hands-on development and coding when required.
• Support project managers with technical recommendations, estimates, timelines, and planning.
• Mentor and develop the wider D365 technical team.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect on D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the D365 Finance & Operations ecosystem, architecture, infrastructure sizing, and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of integrations, technical delivery, project estimation, and delivery planning.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications and a degree-level qualification.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
