AI Deployment Manager (AI/Ecommerce)

Salary: €71,000–€79,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage the complete onboarding process for a portfolio of customers, from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation.
• Conduct discovery and implementation sessions and customize Helpdesk and AI Agent solutions around customer goals.
• Design AI Agent adoption roadmaps, sequence automation rollouts, and drive activation and time to value.
• Manage ecommerce integrations, investigate custom integration options, and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
• Set project milestones and workback schedules while coordinating customers and internal teams.
• Analyze ecommerce support data, communicate business impact to executives, document implementations, and share learnings with peers.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation management or a similar post-sales role, with a track record of delivering complex implementations.
• 3–5+ years of consultancy and project management experience, including managing 25–30 accounts with a high degree of autonomy.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to explain AI outcomes and business impact to CEO and CFO audiences.
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms and integrations, with the ability to explore and troubleshoot technical solutions; familiarity with Shopify is a strong plus.
• Comfort configuring AI Agent, discussing automation strategy, learning new AI capabilities, and using AI tools such as Claude.
• Adaptability, relationship-building skills, and a focus on customer adoption, engagement, and churn reduction.

• Ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Shopify and common ecommerce technology stacks.
