Senior Technician Quality Control (Medical Diagnostics)

Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $24–$26 per hour, with eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Perform quality testing and data analysis according to standard operating procedures for reagent packs, references, and calibrators.
• Carry out equipment program and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform microbiology activities, including monitoring, readings, and bioburden testing.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while using laboratory tools and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement across safety, delivery, quality, cost, and inventory management.
• Complete other designated quality control tasks.

Requirements

• High school education and five years of applicable experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using laboratory tools and procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Chaska, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Previous laboratory experience.
• Experience in a medical device, FDA-regulated, or ISO-regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Windows operating system.
