Technical Specialist (Electrophysiology)

What you will do

• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures using the CARTO Mapping System and related technologies.
• Support mapping, navigation, and ablation procedures for arrhythmias including AF, SVT, AT, and VT.
• Advise physicians, nurses, physiologists, and EP laboratory teams on procedural workflows and product use.
• Drive adoption of electrophysiology technologies through customer education, procedural support, and clinical value creation.
• Deliver product training, in-services, workshops, and educational programmes for healthcare professionals.
• Contribute technical expertise, customer insights, competitive intelligence, account planning, reporting, and territory coverage.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of electrophysiology fundamentals, clinical evidence, industry trends, and competitive technologies.
• Experience or capability in technical and clinical support for electrophysiology procedures.
• Ability to communicate product updates, clinical data, launch information, and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, EP laboratory staff, sales specialists, regional managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to maintain customer account information and sales-related activities in company systems.
• Commitment to healthcare compliance, quality, business policies, and customer-focused decision-making.
