Clinical Operations Associate (Oncology)

Location: Remote, United States only

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions to support NavDx ordering, reporting, surveillance management, and customer satisfaction.
• Onboard customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and support implementation of NavDx testing and surveillance protocols.
• Resolve operational inquiries involving test ordering, results reporting, reimbursement, provider portal access, and related services.
• Coordinate with laboratory, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales, and cross-functional teams to support order processing, specimen management, claims processing, and patient access.
• Analyze provider ordering patterns, longitudinal testing adherence, and surveillance utilization to identify gaps and improve customer and patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient data and execute operational projects in compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, FDA regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2–5 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced environment focused on clinical operations or analytics.
• Experience in a commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics company, physician office, clinic, or hospital supporting patients and healthcare providers.
• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with healthcare professionals and customers.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
• High integrity, ethical decision-making, strategic agility, results orientation, leadership, collaboration, and innovative thinking.

Nice to have

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
• Direct oncology experience.
