What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Independent Medical Education and scientific content solutions.
• Shape content strategy, quality standards, content models, and scalable review processes across the IME and science portfolio.
• Act as a clinical expert and escalation point for complex content decisions and clinical evidence reviews.
• Partner with editorial, product, commercial teams, key opinion leaders, and customers to develop educational solutions.
• Monitor clinical evidence, healthcare trends, regulatory developments, and IME best practices.
• Translate complex clinical and scientific concepts into accessible content for healthcare professionals and researchers.

Requirements

• PhD, MD, or equivalent medical degree.
• Direct experience conducting or reviewing Independent Medical Examinations, or comparable clinical review experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical evidence, guideline development, and scientific literature evaluation.
• Experience in content strategy, editorial work, medical affairs, medical communications, or a related healthcare field.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Clinical expertise in oncology, hematology, dermatology, neurology, general or internal medicine, or a related specialty.
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical biotechnology, or cell and molecular biology.
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, medical communications, or editorial leadership.
• Experience with content operations, taxonomy frameworks, or structured content models.
• Familiarity with AI- or ML-enabled content workflows, including extraction, quality scoring, and summarization.
