Entrepreneur in Residence (New Ventures/Fintech): Identifying, validating, and building new tax-related business opportunities from initial hypotheses through launch and scale with an accent on customer discovery, rapid experimentation, business modeling, and cross-functional execution. Focus on building prototypes with AI-native tools, testing demand and commercial viability, and developing scalable growth engines, operating models, and teams.

What you will do
- Identify customer problems and market opportunities through research, interviews, competitor analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and run tests to validate demand, willingness to pay, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Develop propositions, business models, pricing strategies, unit economics, operating models, and go-to-market plans.
- Build prototypes, coordinate pilots, acquire initial customers, and establish foundations for new ventures.
- Scale validated ventures by developing growth engines, operating models, teams, and performance-management systems.
- Translate complex analysis into decision-ready recommendations and mobilize colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a leading university or business school, or up to two or three years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy.
- Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
- Experience or interest in using AI-native tools and vibe coding to build prototypes, automate workflows, analyze data, and create experiments.
- Ability to break ambiguous questions into hypotheses, analyses, experiments, and clear decisions.
- Understanding of customer value, pricing, unit economics, distribution, and scalable operations.
- Fluent German and English required.
