Licensing Officer (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote, with time off varying based on the country of residence.

What you will do

• Support licence applications, renewals, and related licensing projects.
• Respond to internal and external due diligence requests.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports.
• Maintain licence applications, existing licences, central spreadsheets, and licence registers.
• Monitor the licensing mailbox, follow up on open requests, and track task completion.
• Review regulations, support market launches, liaise with applicants and external lawyers, and submit regulatory notifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a licensing function or supporting licence applications in the iGaming industry.
• Good understanding of corporate due diligence requirements and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, prioritisation, and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using Jira and AI tools.
