Property Specialist - Nottingham (PropTech)

Location: Nottingham, UK. The role includes regular property inspections, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and other in-person appointments. Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays from 9am to 1pm on a rota and a half day off during the week.

What you will do

• Carry out check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections and pre-leaving inspections.
• Complete inventories and schedules of condition.
• Produce inspection and compliance reports in line with deposit service requirements.
• Support compliance with health and safety, fire and gas requirements.
• Create property marketing content, including photos, videos and floor plans.
• Conduct and manage property viewings, collect feedback and support other property appointments.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in lettings or property sales is desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations.
• Adaptable, quick to learn and comfortable in a technology-driven, fast-changing environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Comfortable using CRMs, property portals and online communication tools.
• Experience with Slack, Google Meet and Google Docs for remote collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras.
• Familiarity with inventory software.
