What you will do

• Create and format student- and public-facing PDF documents, graphics, instructional videos, and audio components.
• Caption instructional videos, transcribe audio, and edit video and audio content.
• Apply accessibility standards, branding guidelines, and curriculum media requirements.
• Coordinate media resources, assigned tasks, project milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with copyeditors, subject writers, content technology staff, and product development leaders.
• Develop tools and guides and identify workflow improvements for curriculum media production.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent certifications in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience creating and editing digital PDFs and graphics.
• At least 2 years of professional experience creating and editing digital curriculum audio and video.
• Command of Microsoft Office 365 products and platforms.
• Experience with digital video, audio, and graphic creation or editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Synthesia AI-assisted video creation software.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Experience organizing and maintaining media storage servers.
• Proficiency with SmartSheet or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline.
