Analyst Site Planning (AI)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated reporting solutions for site planning and MRP processes.
• Generate reports and actionable insights on material availability, planning risks, supplier constraints, and performance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, root causes, exceptions, and process improvement opportunities.
• Execute material inventory projections against the Master Production Schedule and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the timely release of incoming materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
• Partner with MRP, MPS, procurement, supplier management, quality, manufacturing, IT, digital, and automation stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, with initial professional experience.
• Experience with data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Interest or experience in automation, digital tools, data analytics, data engineering, or AI applications in business processes.
• Basic understanding of planning processes in the pharmaceutical industry; pharmaceutical or MedTech experience is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, process improvement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; German at minimum B1 level is preferred.
