Senior Director, Danaher Business System Leader - QARA

Location: Onsite in Amersham, UK or Marlborough, MA, USA

Annual salary: £150,000–£160,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global QARA hirify.global Business System roadmap, including policy deployment, KPI management, daily management, visual management, and structured problem solving.
• Establish operating cadences through leadership reviews, risk assessments, opportunity evaluations, and continuous improvement planning.
• Build DBS capability through coaching, training, kaizen facilitation, standard work, and disciplined follow-up.
• Apply DBS tools to deviations, CAPAs, audit findings, inspections, regulatory commitments, and customer complaints.
• Manage the global QARA kaizen and problem-solving funnel and ensure initiatives deliver sustained results.
• Champion digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve KPI visibility, workflows, and problem solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience applying DBS, Lean, or continuous improvement methods in quality, regulatory, supplier quality, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
• Experience leading improvement through influence across functions, cultures, and leadership levels in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of quality and regulatory processes, with the ability to maintain compliance rigor while driving improvement.
• Proven experience with structured problem solving, kaizen leadership, and performance management.

Nice to have

• DBS, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certification.
• Experience supporting global organizations and harmonizing processes across regions or sites.
• Experience applying digital or AI-enabled solutions in regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with enterprise organizations and external experts.
