What you will do
- Source, test, onboard, and manage a high-performing pool of Indonesian typesetting freelancers.
- Own the project lifecycle for global markets, including quoting, scheduling, production, and final delivery.
- Establish and execute quality assurance workflows for freelancer deliverables.
- Standardize typesetting guidelines and optimize localization production workflows across language pairs.
- Connect global clients with freelancers by converting feedback into clear technical instructions.
- Synchronize production schedules with global launch timelines for regular simultaneous publications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience in localization, desktop publishing, or typesetting.
- Hands-on execution or project management experience with languages including English, French, Japanese, or others.
- Experience managing fast-turnaround projects such as simultaneous releases or live-series content updates.
- Native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Availability to join immediately and work in a hybrid arrangement in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of a third language such as Korean, Japanese, or French.
- Experience managing and tracking fully remote freelancer pools in cross-border or multicultural environments.
- Interest in WEBTOON, social trends, pop culture, and entertainment content.
