Project Management, Senior Executive (Field Operations)

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor offline fieldwork execution for APAC-commissioned and non-APAC studies in Indonesia.
• Manage fieldwork vendors and external partners, including performance, quality, productivity, compliance, sourcing, feasibility, and costing discussions.
• Track project progress, timelines, operational requirements, documentation, fieldwork records, and reports.
• Investigate fieldwork quality concerns, document incidents and delays, and support corrective actions with internal quality teams.
• Provide operational updates, escalate risks and vendor issues, and coordinate with local, regional, and project teams.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of offline fieldwork operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business administration, management, social sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in market research operations, fieldwork management, vendor coordination, or related operational roles.
• Experience with offline data collection projects, third-party vendors, consumer insights, market research, or field operations is preferred.
• Strong coordination, execution, problem-solving, issue-resolution, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working-level English proficiency required in written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience with regional or multi-country projects.
