Project Management Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and monitor expansion plans and commercial opportunities across project workstreams.
• Define success benchmarks and KPIs using industry trends, analytics, and business data.
• Coordinate flagship projects throughout planning, delivery, data review, and reporting.
• Manage internal and external partnerships, identify risks, and keep critical initiatives on schedule.
• Present performance reviews and progress updates to regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience growing and retaining a business, leading teams, and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience building data and analytical tools such as Tableau.
• Experience leading sales teams and creating a high-performance, engaged culture.
• Strong data analysis, strategic decision-making, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience with major smartphone OEMs or smartphone retailers in Indonesia is strongly preferred.
