Registered Nurse Inpatient-Delnor Cardiac Telemetry Unit Full Time Days

Location: 300 Randall Rd., Geneva, Illinois, United States. Onsite full-time position with three 12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; every third weekend and rotating holidays are required.

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill inpatient cardiac telemetry patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Direct and delegate care to assistants involved in direct patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document patient responses and care decisions in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work the required day-shift, weekend, and holiday schedule.
