What you will do
- Lead weekly fit sessions across menswear, womenswear, and accessories, taking ownership of fit and technical decisions.
- Manage fit and technical development for assigned brands and product categories from concept through production.
- Communicate fit comments to factories and suppliers and ensure amendments are reflected in samples and production.
- Analyse testing reports, monitor quality and factory performance, and resolve recurring technical and production issues.
- Maintain grading rules, sizing standards, care label approvals, and brand-specific block libraries.
- Support technical innovation, including 3D fitting, new product development technologies, and performance fabric testing.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Garment Technologist in retail, fashion, or a similar environment.
- Strong experience in garment fitting and technical development across relevant product categories.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, grading, specifications, and technical standards.
- Experience analysing garment testing reports and resolving technical and quality issues.
- Strong organisational, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while taking ownership of technical decisions.

Hiring process
