hirify.global is a global commercial and personal insurance provider operating Talbot Underwriting Services through the Lloyd’s Insurance Market.

What you will do

• Provide administrative, processing, and document production support for overseas offices.
• Maintain accurate tax, premium, and financial reporting data in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly and Contract Certainty.
• Assist with integrating Enterprise Risk into overseas offices.
• Identify and help implement improvements to processing services, procedures, and IT systems.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the insurance and reinsurance industry.
• Understanding of the classes of business written by Talbot’s overseas offices.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent IT and communication skills, including the ability to work with staff at all levels.
• Ability to learn new IT systems and procedures.
• Working toward CII exams or an equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Brokasure Enterprise, including Enterprise Risk and Enterprise Accounts.
• Experience with Xchanging systems, including Insurance Portal and Insurance Market Repository.
