Associate Medical Director Rheumatology - US Medical Affairs

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remotely per week; up to 25% domestic and limited international travel.

What you will do

• Contribute to US Rheumatology Medical Affairs strategy for approved and pipeline products and indications.
• Lead and maintain integrated evidence generation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute Phase IIIb/IV trials, registries, real-world evidence studies, and investigator-initiated collaborations.
• Analyze efficacy, outcomes, safety, and adverse-event data and contribute to abstracts and manuscripts.
• Support regulatory submissions, Health Authority interactions, post-marketing commitments, and medical information responses.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, investigators, and patient advocacy organizations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as MD/DO, PharmD, or PhD; NP/PA candidates may be considered.
• Rheumatology or immunology therapeutic-area expertise is highly preferred.
• At least 1.5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or at least 5 years of post-graduate clinical medical practice, potentially including research experience.
• Experience with clinical studies, registries, real-world evidence, or commercial and medical launches is strongly preferred.
• Strong scientific writing, analytical thinking, leadership, collaboration, organization, and communication skills are required.
• Must work from Horsham, Pennsylvania on a hybrid schedule with three office days per week.
