Senior Program Manager, GTM & Field Enablement

What you will do

• Own live delivery of GTM and product launch training for the EMEA field organization in local time zones.
• Localize global enablement programs, content, and messaging for regional markets.
• Manage the EMEA training roadmap across live and on-demand learning.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders to assess needs and create enablement programs.
• Reinforce core selling skills and Command of the Message in collaboration with Revenue Enablement.
• Build measurement frameworks tracking adoption, behavior change in call data, retention, and ARR impact.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in GTM or sales enablement, skills enablement, or learning and development.
• Experience delivering live training and facilitating sessions for global field organizations at scale.
• Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders in regional or field-facing roles.
• Experience enabling EMEA teams across multiple markets and time zones.
• Experience with product/GTM enablement and skills or methodology enablement, including discovery, consultative selling, or messaging.
• Strong instructional design, curriculum design, enablement technology, AI/LLM, and data literacy skills.
