Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid working is available, with most team members working in the office two days per week.

Salary: €4,300–€6,400 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Support the Head of Compliance with gap assessments for upcoming regulatory changes and day-to-day compliance activities.
• Document, maintain, and improve internal policies, procedures, controls, and reporting data flows.
• Collect and consolidate stakeholder data for regulatory reports and submit reports to the Bank of Lithuania, FCA, and other external parties.
• Serve as a key contact for regulator questions and concerns related to regulatory reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and projects requiring communication with the Bank of Lithuania or FCA.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders when new regulatory reporting requirements are introduced.

Requirements

• Lithuanian and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance or regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment and key laws applicable to Electronic Money Institutions.
• Practical experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports to regulators; Lithuanian and UK reporting experience is relevant.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience communicating with regulators is advantageous.
