Location: Fully remote, limited to residents of Alabama, California, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel to client sites or company meetings may be required.
Salary: $120,588–$195,955 per year; hiring range starts at $120,588. Discretionary performance-based bonus may apply.

What you will do
- Own the accessibility and quality assurance strategy across design, development, content and data migration, testing, and release.
- Coordinate automated, manual, assistive-technology, functional, integration, regression, responsive, and cross-browser testing for a Drupal implementation.
- Provide accessibility remediation guidance and validate fixes against applicable standards.
- Validate migrated content, files, links, redirects, metadata, relationships, and source-to-target accuracy.
- Develop automated tests, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and manage defects through prioritization, retesting, and closure.
- Support UAT, deployment, production-readiness validation, post-production stabilization, reporting, and conformance certification.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years supporting enterprise website modernization or digital transformation initiatives within the past 5 years.
- Experience with a government, higher education, or similarly regulated organization and with a Drupal solution hosted on AWS.
- Deep practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level A and AA, including accessibility remediation and assistive-technology testing with screen readers and keyboards.
- Strong web application QA, enterprise CMS testing, content and data migration validation, defect management, and test documentation experience.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, UX/design, content, DevOps, and customer stakeholders throughout delivery.
Nice to have
- IAAP CPACC, WAS, or CPWA certification.
- Experience with multiple screen readers, public-sector accessibility, large-scale Drupal QA, automated web testing, CI/CD integration, API testing, or visual regression testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or comparable defect and work-management tools.
