Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid position based in Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; Boise, Idaho; Rancho Cordova, California; Lakewood, Colorado; or Draper, Utah.

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Coordinate conferences, client events, sponsorships, networking activities, logistics, materials, and team schedules.
• Support AEC marketing and business development activities, including presentations, awards, market research, and strategic pursuits.
• Track leads and maintain accurate opportunity and proposal data in Vantagepoint.
• Coordinate proposal kickoffs and collaborate with marketing, proposal, business development, and technical teams on SOQs, RFQs, and proposals.
• Write, update, proofread, and format proposals, resumes, presentations, project descriptions, and other marketing materials.
• Create or coordinate graphics, layouts, and visuals while supporting database quality and AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of marketing experience; AEC experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office and remote environment from one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and meet the listed physical requirements, including prolonged sitting and occasional movement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint.
• AEC marketing experience.
