What you will do

• Contribute to real-life product development projects supporting companies in the insurance industry.
• Develop digital business innovations and technologies that improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Learn ABAP through structured onboarding and hands-on guidance from experienced specialists.
• Develop backend applications and work with mentors, colleagues, and clients.
• Participate in learning sessions covering the industry, products, and role-specific practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or natural sciences.
• Hands-on experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language through university, internship, personal, or professional projects.
• Experience developing backend applications and understanding object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong analytical, structured, logical problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for software development, new technologies, and programming concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with accounting processes.
• Familiarity with IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
