Visit Relations Manager (Defence and Security)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, military personnel, and industry partners.
• Organize and coordinate high-level visits, conferences, and events.
• Act as a liaison between hirify.global and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on visit outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to strategic plans that strengthen hirify.global’s reputation and influence in the defence and security sectors.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the defence, security, or public sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality results.
• Security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
