Partnerships Manager (Influencer/Affiliate Marketing): Identifying, negotiating, and scaling partnerships with influencers, affiliates, sales partners, and B2B associates with an accent on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth. Focus on building partnership pipelines, managing high-impact deals, analyzing performance, and expanding international digital product sales.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid

What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and engage influencers, affiliates, sales partners, and B2B associates.
- Build, manage, and scale a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Lead internal and external negotiations to establish high-impact deals.
- Develop existing partner relationships to increase growth and sales.
- Run, monitor, measure, and optimize partner marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance, report results and forecasts, and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
- Experience managing influencer and affiliate partnerships.
- Strong sales and analytical skills, including experience with sales CRMs, web data, and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English and French.
