Associate, Affiliate (Affiliate Marketing): Supporting the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and publisher partnerships with an accent on campaign monitoring, reporting, tracking, and quality assurance. Focus on coordinating with partners, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth campaign delivery in a hybrid Beirut-based role.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do
- Support the setup and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery across affiliate networks and publisher partnerships.
- Prepare campaign reports and conduct basic performance analysis.
- Coordinate with affiliate networks, publishers, and internal teams.
- Support campaign optimization, tracking, documentation, and pre-launch QA.
- Follow affiliate marketing trends and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Strong work ethic, professional integrity, and good communication skills.
- Passion for the digital and programmatic media industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular office attendance in Beirut.
