Digital PR Manager

What you will do

• Own the Digital PR relationship for 4–6 assigned clients and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop campaign roadmaps and strategies using proprietary data, reactive PR, linkable assets, and other promotion levers.
• Oversee campaign scoping, scheduling, launches, promotion, reporting, and optimization.
• Coordinate and mentor 2–3 Data Journalists and PR Specialists, providing delegation, feedback, and strategic guidance.
• Track DPR KPIs such as media mentions, mentions per campaign, open rates, on-time launches, backlinks, LLM mentions, and client satisfaction.
• Lead client presentations, deliverable reviews, performance updates, recommendations, and difficult conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PR experience in an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and serving as the primary account contact.
• Experience developing campaign strategies and roadmaps, including proprietary data, reactive PR, and linkable assets.
• Experience leading and mentoring a PR team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations and difficult conversations.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and deliver against performance KPIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce clients.
• Familiarity with media relationship-building and pitch strategy.
• Experience with performance reporting tools and client dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating remotely across multiple time zones.
