Fullstack Developer (Frontend-focused)

Novakid is an international online English school for children developing an AI-driven education product.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the visitor personal account and key funnel stages from landing page visits to booked lessons.
• Own end-to-end attribution, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking for visitor-to-lead and visitor-to-booking flows.
• Build server-side integrations with advertising platforms such as Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.
• Write and debug backend code in Python and Node, including endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering.
• Support A/B tests through rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup.
• Investigate production incidents with Sentry and optimize public page performance using Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React.
• Independent backend development with Python and Node, including endpoints, caching, and SSR debugging.
• Practical experience with analytics and tracking, including GTM, event tracking, and server-side conversion delivery.
• Ability to trace data from clicks to analytical reports and identify tracking losses.
• Product mindset focused on metrics and hypotheses.
• English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment.

Nice to have

• GDPR and consent mechanism implementation on public websites.
• Headless WordPress experience.
• End-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• SQL and BigQuery experience for independently validating hypotheses.
• CDN and edge caching experience, including CloudFront or similar tools.
