TL;DR
3D Artist (Game Development) (Maya/Blender, Unity): Creating 3D assets for upcoming simulation games through ideation, modelling, texturing, and in-engine setup with an accent on art direction, asset quality, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Focus on building efficient game-ready assets, following optimisation pipelines, and delivering cohesive visual experiences with art, code, design, and animation teams.
Location: Farnham, United Kingdom; 4 days per week in-office with Fridays working from home

's Two Point Studios develops accessible, deep simulation games set in the Two Point County universe, including Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus.
What you will do
- Champion the art direction, quality, and standards for upcoming games alongside the Lead Artist.
- Create game assets from ideation through modelling, texturing, and in-engine setup.
- Collaborate with art, code, design, animation, and production teams to deliver cohesive game experiences.
- Support milestones and sprints by delivering required art assets.
- Follow optimisation, pipeline, and efficiency guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an artist in the games industry.
- Fast and efficient 3D modelling and texture authoring skills.
- Knowledge of Maya or Blender, Photoshop, and Adobe Substance Painter.
- Experience with Unity or another recognised game engine.
- Ability to develop ideas from briefs, communicate effectively, and collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers.
- Passion for game art, strong work ethic, creativity, and a collaborative attitude.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Adobe Substance Designer.
- Familiarity with the Two Point games.
