IT Recruiter (Java/BI)

What you will do

• Work with Business Unit, Sales, and Delivery Managers to identify hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates for private- and public-sector IT projects, with a strong focus on Java and business intelligence profiles.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening, pre-selection, and interviews.
• Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts and an effective pipeline of potential hires.
• Support employer-branding activities, including schools, job fairs, and HR events.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent English.
• Experience preparing, writing, and reviewing high-quality English documentation.

Nice to have

• Dutch and French language skills.
• Knowledge of innovative and state-of-the-art recruiting techniques.
