What you will do
- Support the coordination and continuous development of the EMEA Internship Program.
- Contribute to intern recruitment, including sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement.
- Help plan and deliver learning, development, and engagement activities.
- Maintain the Early Talent Database communication plan.
- Support employer branding content, communications, and campaigns for early-career talent.
- Coordinate university relations activities, career fairs, workshops, and other student events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related study program throughout the internship.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate activities and stakeholders in an international environment.
- Proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership and learn.
- Fluent English is required.
