Clinical Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Remote, covering Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, and Castilla y León, Spain. Extensive travel is required.

Develops and supports medical monitoring technologies, including pulse oximetry and pulse CO-Oximetry solutions.

What you will do

• Act as a clinical expert in pulse oximetry, pulse CO-Oximetry, and noninvasive patient monitoring.
• Educate customers, distributors, partner sales teams, and end users on products and clinical applications.
• Develop research accounts and conduct and follow up on clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology.
• Support key-account sales programs, market penetration initiatives, trade shows, regional symposiums, and competitive analysis.
• Demonstrate products, communicate the product vision and value proposition, and position Masimo SET against competing solutions.
• Coordinate with distribution managers, sales representatives, and local distributors on product, regulatory, production, and resource requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist preferred; other clinical disciplines may be considered based on experience.
• At least 2–3 years of direct experience in critical care, NICU, PICU, operating rooms, or emergency medicine; neonatal and pediatric experience is highly advantageous.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Customer interaction, presentation, product training, and PC skills.
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region required.
