What You’ll Do

Perform daily manual checks on payment transactions (SEPA, SWIFT, crypto).
Verify transaction data against customer profiles and documentation.
Escalate potentially high-risk cases to Senior Compliance Officers.
Keep neat, organized logs of all reviewed cases.

Requirements

Fluent English (mandatory — all tools and communication are in English).
1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Payment Operations, or Back-Office.
High attention to detail & patience for structured, high-volume routine tasks.
Basic awareness of bank transfers and digital payment flows.
