SAP Product Data Sr. Analyst (SAP/master data): Managing product master data creation, updates, deletion, and audits in an SAP-based ERP system with an accent on data accuracy, business rules, and stakeholder support. What you will do
- Manage product master data creation, updates, and deletion in SAP-based ERP systems.
- Perform complex data entry and transfer information from content owners into standardized SAP formats.
- Apply business data standards, policies, and procedures to maintain ERP data accuracy.
- Lead compliance and improvement audits and investigate stakeholder complaints.
- Support customers and colleagues with specialized SAP and product data knowledge.
- Create and improve technical documentation, procedures, and data processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of relevant SAP experience.
- Experience with SAP GUI Scripting and mass-load tools such as MM17 and LSMW.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and internet research tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and flexibly.
