What you will do
- Gather and analyze business requirements from product, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into functional requirements and user stories for delivery teams.
- Analyze consumer, transaction, and campaign data to generate insights for product and business decisions.
- Define success metrics and track outcomes for product features and business initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support their design and implementation.
- Support business cases, prioritization analyses, performance reporting, and alignment between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or related roles, ideally with digital products or consumer platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience writing functional requirements and working in Agile delivery models.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across business and technical teams.
- Business-level Japanese and English are required.
- Work location: Tokyo, Japan.

- Experience with marketing automation, machine learning, or AI applications.
