Content Strategist

Established company resources support a new zero-to-one R&D project focused on creating digital experiences.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain content strategy across web funnels, onboarding, email, in-product experiences, and retention initiatives.
• Build scalable content architecture, editorial guidelines, documentation, templates, and quality standards.
• Research, create, edit, and personalize evidence-based content for English-speaking users.
• Develop video concepts, scripts, production briefs, and coordinate shoots through final delivery.
• Build a network of external specialists and own the content production pipeline from briefing through localization and publishing.
• Track CTR, conversion, activation, engagement, and retention; run A/B tests and connect results to content strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on content management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing digital product or startup.
• C1+ written English is required for creating content for English-speaking audiences.
• Experience building a content strategy from the ground up and creating scalable systems and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and personalization across different user states.
• Hands-on experience producing video content and organizing shoots from concept and scripting to delivery.
• Confidence with admin panels, content management systems, builders, content tools, and regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Experience launching an MVP or building a content function in a zero-to-one project.
• Basic understanding of conversion copywriting principles.
