Junior Content Specialist/Content Engineer (AI)

Location: Poznań, Poland; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: gross hourly rate of 42–54 PLN on a mandate contract. A broader Poland pay range of 6,333–12,500 PLN is also listed.

What you will do

• Create, edit, and maintain web pages and structures in enterprise CMS platforms using WYSIWYG and HTML editors.
• Upload, organize, tag, crop, resize, compress, and optimize digital assets in DAM platforms.
• Use Figma and image-editing tools to make basic design adjustments and prepare web-ready assets.
• Support content migration from legacy platforms and perform visual and technical QA against style, SEO, and formatting standards.
• Investigate content display issues, support authors and end users, and maintain authoring guides and knowledge-base documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, project managers, clients, and authors while using AI tools for categorization, summarization, and quality checking.

Requirements

• Technical aptitude in web technologies, content architecture, web application workflows, HTML, CSS, metadata, hyperlinks, and responsive design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to high-volume content entry and QA.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe Express, or an equivalent image-editing tool; basic Figma knowledge is useful.
• Professional English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Full-time work in Poland with hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SEO metadata, web accessibility, alternative text, heading hierarchy, and descriptive links.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, or Drupal.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, digital asset management workflows, or relevant CMS and HTML/CSS certifications.
• Interest in or experience with digital content in the automotive industry.
• Education or background in IT, digital media, computer science, or communications.
