What you will do

• Manage daily operations in Sukabumi and ensure reliable service delivery for customers and partners.
• Build relationships with local government, communities, vendors, driver-partners, merchant-partners, and strategic stakeholders.
• Implement and improve service-quality standards across customer and partner touchpoints.
• Analyze local market trends, operational performance, and competitor activity to identify challenges and growth opportunities.
• Resolve operational escalations, customer concerns, and partner issues.
• Coordinate with West Java and cross-functional teams, prepare KPI reports, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least one year of experience managing local operations and improving customer or partner satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of Sukabumi and the broader West Java market, including local culture, communities, tourism, and business practices.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Sundanese.
