What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning algorithms for autonomy, trajectory prediction, and perception.
• Develop predictive and decision-making models, covering training data, architecture, representations, evaluation, and deployment.
• Prototype and validate solutions from academic research related to agent behavior and environmental understanding.
• Run experiments in dynamic and simulated environments to benchmark techniques and evaluate model behavior.
• Build scalable, reproducible tools and frameworks for research.
• Communicate findings to leadership and help transition research prototypes into production-ready systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, computer or electrical engineering, computational sciences, machine learning, robotics, informatics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills with AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience debugging AI models and determining requirements for data, training, and evaluation.
• Understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, multimodal foundation models, diffusion policies, fine-tuning, model distillation, and mixture-of-experts architectures.
• Ability to work on autonomy, generative AI, perception, and trajectory prediction problems.
