Sr. Enterprise Architect Oracle/SAP, Agentic AI

Location: Hybrid — Selangor office, Malaysia. Regional travel is typically 25% for client, prospect, partner, and event engagements.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with business users, IT teams, ERP owners, process owners, architects, and executives.
• Map current-state and future-state processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, inventory, customer service, reporting, and approvals.
• Design AI-enabled solutions over existing SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, and JD Edwards environments.
• Translate business problems into solution requirements, architecture, use cases, scope, success criteria, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, integration architects, UX designers, security teams, and delivery teams on prototypes, MVPs, production rollouts, UAT, and handover.
• Define secure agentic workflows with role-based access, approval gates, audit trails, exception handling, segregation of duties, rollback paths, and governance controls.

Requirements

• Hybrid work from the Selangor office in Malaysia is required, with approximately 25% regional travel.
• 8–10 years of experience in ERP, enterprise systems, solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong experience with at least one major ERP platform: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, or JD Edwards.
• Techno-functional understanding of ERP business processes, integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, security, roles, authorizations, and release processes.
• Experience in consulting, systems integration, ERP implementation or support, modernization, advisory, or enterprise transformation, including direct work with enterprise clients.
• Practical exposure to AI, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, analytics, ServiceNow, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, or agentic AI, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct SAP and Oracle experience, including SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, SAP Fiori, CAP, clean-core principles, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle APIs, and PL/SQL.
• JD Edwards architecture, business functions, integrations, Orchestrator, and legacy modernization experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow, enterprise workflow platforms, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt design, MCP, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI governance.
• Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Claude, or other enterprise AI platforms.
